The Combined Continuous Cumulative Tabletop Tour & Jubilee Series ("CCCTTJS") is a program of The Venerable Seattle Ludographic Society ("VSLS"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through cccttjs.org.

By registering for a CCCTTJS event, you acknowledge that your name and game results may appear in published standings, on the series leaderboard on this website, and in any VSLS annual reports or event summaries. If you wish to participate anonymously, contact us before registering and we will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

Registration information is retained for the duration of your active participation in the series and for a reasonable period thereafter to maintain historical records. Tournament results are retained indefinitely as part of the official series record. Payment records are retained for a minimum of seven years.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CCCTTJS events are open to participants of all ages, but our website and online registration are not directed to children under 13. Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Note that tournament results are part of the public series record and cannot be removed once published.
